Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years specifically in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies within the insurance sector.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms.
• Experience working on large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
