Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective market penetration, sales planning, and forecasting.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue generation.
• Identify new opportunities for sales initiatives and negotiate deals with clients to expand the company's presence in the market.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted sales plans that meet business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in Food Processing (Sugar) industry.

• Proven track record of achieving targets through effective sales planning, execution, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of market penetration techniques to identify new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels
