We re looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Engineerto help us maintain and enhance the reliability and quality of our services and products
Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans test cases and scripts for manual testing
 Collaborate closely with developers to ensure highquality software throughout the development lifecycle
 Identify document and resolve defects in collaboration with the development team
 Participate in design and code reviews to uphold best practices
 Work with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for process and product improvement
 Keep stakeholders informed of testing progress and results
Requirements 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
 Deep understanding of testing methodologies and industry best practices
 Analytical mindset for complex application architectures
 Familiarity with Agile methodologies
 Experience using bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
 Bonus Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium Appium or TestComplete
 Excellent problemsolving communication and analytical skills
