  • What Youll Be Doing:Human Resources (HR): Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities to ensure a positive and motivated workplace
  • Manage employee records and assist in performance reviews
  • Administrative Duties: Keep the office running smoothly by managing day-to-day operations, handling external communication, scheduling meetings, and assisting in organizing events
  • Accounting Support: Perform basic accounting tasks like invoicing, managing expense reports, and supporting the finance team with payroll processing
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure the best resources are available to our team
  • Culture Champion: Be the go-to person for fostering a vibrant and inclusive company culture, coordinating employee events, and promoting well-being initiatives
  • What You Bring:2+ years of experience in human resources, office management, or administrative roles
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with expense management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills you ll be juggling multiple priorities with ease
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR or accounting software (bonus: experience with QuickBooks or Zoho People)
  • Positive, proactive mindset you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving problems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
