Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Merchandising Strategy:

- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies in alignment with Zouk's brand and marketing objectives.

- Plan and implement seasonal and thematic displays to highlight new product launches, campaigns, and sales events.

2. Store Display Management:

- Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-store displays, mannequins, window setups, and promotional signage.

- Ensure brand consistency across all stores through standardized visual merchandising guidelines.

- Conduct regular store visits to assess and enhance visual presentations.

3. Team Leadership and Training:

- Mentor and guide store teams to uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's visual merchandising skills.

4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

- Partner with suppliers and vendors to source materials, props, and display elements.

5. Trend Analysis and Reporting:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to keep Zouk's visual merchandising innovative.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and recommend improvements.

6. Budget and Resource Management:

- Develop and manage the visual merchandising budget efficiently.

- Oversee procurement and inventory management for display materials and fixtures.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.

- Strong understanding of design principles, product presentation, and retail operations.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire teams.
