Zonal Sales Manager For OTC Division

Role & responsibilities

• Develop Plan and Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
• Timely Performance review of field staff
• Monitor and control attrition
• Training and Development of team members
• Maintaining relationship with the distributors, stockiest, CFAs, chemist etc
• Ensure profitability to the organization by ensuring good product mix, minimum expiry and sales return
• Competitor analysis
• Monitor new product success in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be Graduate Preferably B.Sc / B.pharma/B.A/B.COM
• Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in OTC sales, working as second line manager in present company or having 3-5 year experience as first line manager in reputed organization.
• Age should not more than 45 years.
