Counselor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Counsellor. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for guiding potential students, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions related to
our products/services. This role requires excellent communication, sales acumen, and the ability to
build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counselling students and providing basic information and counselling over the phone regarding
the suitable programs.
2. Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided
3. The process involves counselling the students for education; follow-up with the student,
solving the student queries and handling the registrations.
4. Filing the application forms (University) verifying them and sending the same to the universities.
5. Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
6. Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.

2. Candidates should have strong subject matter knowledge and willingness to help students from
university shortlisting.
3. Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students
4. Ability to adapt to an online counselling process and work in a target-oriented environment

6. Having a background in a similar industry is an add on, freshers are welcome too.
