ZoftSolutions - Project Manager - PMI Certified (14-16 yrs)

Job Description :

Work type : Hybrid; willingness to travel to US/Canada, if required.

Duties :

- Closely work with the business users to understand their requirements, business roadmap, technical landscape, pain areas and challenges.

- Create project proposals and project plans and deliver the best fit solution to the customer by effectively utilizing and managing the technical team

- Participate in steering/stakeholder/review meetings and grow the account organically

- Account level budgeting and planning and monitoring of EBIDTA

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software engineering process competency, principles & practices and Project management skills

- Demonstrate understanding of current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues.

- Involve in presale activities, proposal creation and client meetings

- Ability to identify and escalate project risks

- Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution

- Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions

- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements

- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options

- Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives

- Should be open to travel to US or Canada, if required.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements :

- Must have 14 plus years of experience demonstrating leadership and management experience in application delivery capacity including remote and off-shored team's management in Global delivery model.

- 8 to 10 years in a corporate IT environment

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

- Significant experience of Project Management, Change and Release Management and Quality Management techniques.

- Experience in delivering enterprise level applications in Cloud environment.

- Experience in driving and delivering data and analytics projects.

- Should have minimum 8 years of experience in application development.

- Should have knowledge in data and analytics.

- Very good understanding of the customer strategy, services and business processes

- Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises

- Excellent customer service, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's in IT, Btech

- MCA and PMI certification is a plus.

- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
