Solutions Architect - Generative AI (8-18 yrs)

What you will do :

The Generative AI Solutions Architect is responsible for leading large, moderate to complex projects, programs or initiatives across the franchise or enterprise, managing relationships across all I/T, legal, finance, and the impacted Business I/T areas, and balancing between I/T standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions.

As a Manager, you will provide leadership, mentorship, or guidance to others and manage vendors necessary to complete a project:

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement generative AI solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with the company's overall strategy.

- Design solutions that balance out speed with enterprise scalability and find appropriate solutions that fit the purpose

- Lead a team of AI professionals to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's offerings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions and drive innovation.

- Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on the benefits and limitations of generative AI solutions.

- Design and develop end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and technology roadmaps

- Manage relationships across all I/T, legal, finance, and the impacted Business I/T areas

- Provide mentorship and guidance to others

- Formulate innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes and systems

- Ensure compliance requirements are met within scope of responsibility

- Solve complex or unusual problems in consideration of the potential impacts

- Negotiate the needs of multiple users or business partners

- Balance between I/T standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions

What we are looking for :

Required Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.

- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Comprehensive knowledge of fundamentals and operating principles of architecture

- In-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and business processes

- Ability to manage business partner expectations at a senior level

- Experience in managing vendors necessary to complete a project

- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Desired Qualifications :

- Advanced knowledge of AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.

- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Expertise in current and future technology architecture, including the interoperability of technologies

- Specialized software knowledge in AI development and architecture

- Experience in leading and managing large-scale AI projects

- Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a variety of industries

- Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for complex business problems
