Ui Ux Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a UI/UX with 3-5 years of experience who can create visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing web and mobile

applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working on product development, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating in onshore-offshore models.

Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles are essential. Since this role involves direct communication with clients and stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using

React.js or similar frameworks.

• UI/UX Design Implementation: Translate wireframes, Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect web and mobile applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, product managers, and designers to align development with business objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times, smooth animations, and efficient rendering.
• Cross-Browser s Responsive Design: Ensure seamless experiences across different devices and browsers.
• Code Maintainability: Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices.
• Onshore-Offshore Collaboration: Work effectively in a distributed team environment with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Version Control: Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for collaboration and source control.

Required Skills s Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Expertise in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, or Styled Components).
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design translation.
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable UI components for product- based applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
• Experience working in an onshore-offshore model.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders

effectively.
