US immigration Specialist

Job Responsibilities
• Provide in-depth counsel with U.S. immigration processes, Handle visa and work permit applications and renewals
• Manage Immigration Case Files and Documentation, and advise clients on U.S. immigration laws, visa options, and application processes.
• Prepare and submit petitions for family-based visas (e.g., K-1, IR-1) and employment-based visas (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1).
• Provide guidance on green card processes, including PERM labor certification and adjustment of status. Handle cases involving removal defense, asylum, or refugee status.
• Monitor changes in U.S. immigration policies and ensure clients compliance.
• Support corporate clients with immigration matters, such as employee work permits and intracompany transfers.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and company policies

Skills required:
• Experience managing the US immigration process with a strong knowledge of employment-based US immigration applications, forms, and processes.
• Strong knowledge of the immigrant visa process, including PERM, I-140, and AOS
• 2+ years in immigration law or consultancy.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Adept working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to function independently and take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills in federal/state tax regulations
