Digital Marketing Intern

As an Employer Branding and Social Media Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients online presence and promoting unique employer brand who are mostly fortune 500 companies. You will collaborate closely with our Employer Brand Managers (EBMs) to execute strategic employment branding strategies and engage with potential candidates through various social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of employer branding and digital marketing for the worlds renowned brands.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with EBMs to execute our clients employer branding strategies.
• Assist in managing our client’s presence on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Contribute to developing an online employer branding program to highlight job openings and career prospects.
• Drive online presence on diverse employment sites and create inventive strategies to attract candidates.
• Craft compelling copy for social media, engaging our target audience.
• Write good content and creative copies for both Internal and External Communication.
• Participate in producing recruiting materials (brochures, fliers, signage, slides, ads).
• Support planning and executing recruitment campaigns, candidate surveys, and employer brand surveys.
• Collaborate across media channels (radio, print, websites, direct mail, social media) to amplify our brand.
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
• Beginner-level skills in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for editing small contents(Not required everytime).
• Introductory knowledge in video editing for multimedia content creation.
