Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, test, implement, and integrate IGA solutions involving SailPoint Identity Now (IIQ). This role will require the candidate to work primarily in the areas of SailPoint Identity IQ implementation and configuration for application onboarding, access requests and approvals, access certifications, as well as developing complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and integrate SailPoint Identity Now solutions with a focus on application onboarding for access requests and approval, and access certifications.
• Configure both simple and advanced LCM workflows within SailPoint.
• Create and manage workgroups in SailPoint.
• Manage and configure common connectors (Active Directory, LDAP, Mainframe, etc.).
• Design and implement preventative and detective Segregation of Duty (SoD) rules.
• Configure role-based access controls and automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Mentor and train team members on SailPoint Identity Now platform usage.
• Manage identity lifecycle flows, including joiner, leaver, and mover processes.
• Lead consultative and complex technical deployment projects while managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.
• Communicate complex technical issues in an easily understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understand business needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient services.
• Design and develop custom tasks, rules, applications, workflows, connectors, UI pages, and reports in SailPoint Identity Now.
• Collaborate with IT engineering teams to drive solution feature adoption and work with control adoption templates.
• Conduct periodic reviews of the SailPoint IGA solution to optimize service levels and integrate best practices.
• Ensure integration solutions follow InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance policies and standards.
• Create and maintain process workflows, flowchart diagrams, and documentation for the SailPoint platform.
• Promote security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes effectively.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing SailPoint Identity Now solutions.
• Proven experience in SailPoint Identity IQ implementation and configuration, including access request and approval processes, and access certifications.
• Expertise in creating LCM workflows, managing SailPoint connectors (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.), and creating SoD rules.
• Experience in automating role-based access controls and provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
• Strong technical and consultative skills with the ability to manage complex deployments.
• Proficiency in incident and problem management processes.
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with teams effectively.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and drive changes for the organization's benefit.
• Knowledge of security best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
