Looking For CTO/Technical Architect/IT Tech Head

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a CTO/Technical Architect / Software Delivery Manager to design IT systems and software delivery programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional & technical architecture. We'd also like you to have hands-on experience in software development and be able to manage complex programs.

Your goal will be to ensure our software development team delivers projects as per the architecture designed by you.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a formal software development lifecycle process that provides consistent and repeatable delivery of software enhancements and new-to-world capabilities
• Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
• Communicate system requirements to software development teams
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code reviews) and provide guidance to team members
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
• Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solutions Architect.
•  The Technical Architect should be able to code, review PRs, ensure code quality, design modular workflow-driven systems, point out hard coding, and set examples of good quality code. 
• Understanding of strategic IT solutions
• Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)

.        Work with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive user interface and client application design. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
• Minimum 10years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology solutions architecture role

.     Experience with software engineering best-practices such as build automation, continuous integration, etc. DevOps, VSTS.

• Prior knowledge of Blockchain Technology (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) will be a plus. 
• Experience working with Cloud infrastructure preferably AWS.
• Excellent understanding of Agile Principles and experience managing development via multiple development teams in an Agile environment.

.      Excellent coding skills using C#, NETCORE, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and understanding of Secure web application development practice.

.      Shall have good understanding of JS frameworks - Angular 2+/Vue.js/React.js, NodeJS

.      Source code repository GitHub/Bitbucket/TFS or anything similar

.      Good to have Microsoft certified technical / solution architect.
