Assistant Manager - Business Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business goals.
• Optimize profit and loss strategies to maximize returns.
• Oversee P&L statements, cash flow, and balance sheets to maintain financial integrity.
• Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and ensure corrective actions.
• Provide strategic financial advice for business decisions and deals.
• Review and approve vendor contracts and company expenses.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive financial efficiency.
• Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in Business Finance.
• Qualification: CA or CMA.
• Expertise in budgeting, risk management, and forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset, leadership skills, and decision-making ability.
