Zetwerk - Lead - Corporate Development (1-3 yrs)

ZETWERK, the world's largest contract manufacturing marketplace, is looking for a talented Lead - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our high-performing Corporate Development team. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives, assist in evaluating potential acquisitions, and contribute to the seamless execution of transactions. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build expertise in M&A and corporate strategy.

What You'll Do:

Initial Evaluation of M&A Targets:

- Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities.

- Assist in analyzing competitive landscapes and business synergies.

- Support the team in initial outreach to shortlisted targets.

- Help prepare pitch decks and reports for internal decision-making.

Execution of M&A Transactions:

- Assist in the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.

- Support financial modeling and valuation exercises.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction execution.

- Contribute to detailed transaction reports and presentations.

Corporate Development Initiatives:

- Track and analyze the performance of acquired businesses and investments.

- Support integration efforts to align new acquisitions with company objectives.

- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
