Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and analyze key financial metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic support to finance and sales leadership.

- Collaborate with finance and business management teams to identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and underlying drivers.

- Influence and support business decision-making through detailed financial analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic commentary.

- Proactively review financial data, flag anomalies, identify areas of concern or opportunity, and initiate corrective actions with timely follow-ups.

- Assist in decision-making for foreign exchange (FX) and commodity hedging strategies to mitigate financial risk.

- Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other management information systems (MIS) reports to monitor performance against targets.

- Support in the preparation of business review decks and financial presentations, highlighting key trends, variances, and strategic insights.

- Work with finance and business leadership in revenue forecasting, expense simulation, and designing margin protection/improvement strategies.

Skills and Expertise:

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Proven experience in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
