Job Overview:
The person will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the
electronics sector. This role requires a keen understanding of the electronics industry,
including trends, skills, and technologies, to effectively match candidates with our companyâs
needs.
Position: Recruiter (Executive/Sr. Executive)
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified
candidates for various positions in electronics engineering, manufacturing, and
support roles.
⢠Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media,
networking events) to identify and engage potential candidates.
⢠Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to
evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
⢠Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
and ensure alignment in the hiring process.
⢠Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and
competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
⢠Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular
updates to management on recruitment status and challenges.
Qualifications:

Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
⢠3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the electronics sector.
⢠Strong understanding of electronics engineering roles and skills.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
⢠Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
⢠Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
