Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and support requests via calls and emails.
Coordinate with the support team to ensure quick resolution of IT hardware and networking issues.
Maintain and update service request logs and escalate unresolved issues.
Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, CCTV, and biometric systems.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues.
