Project Manager

Project Manager This role has been designed as Hybrid with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

• Drive Development : Lead the team in delivering features as per committed timelines for all Program increments

• Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow by maintaining close communication with cross-functional teams.

• Data Analysis and Reporting : Use analytical skills to review project data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive decision-making. Generate reports to track key project metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Escalation Management : Establish and follow proper escalation procedures to engage the right teams and resources promptly to resolve issues.

• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and enhance processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective handling of issues.

• Stakeholder Communication : Keep key stakeholders, including executives and management, informed about incidents, resolutions, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Issue Tracking and Resolution: Work with partner teams to ensure any program-related issues are promptly identified, documented, and resolved.

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 10+ in years in project management, people management

• Deep experience in UI Development, backend development, hands on expertise in JAVA, Hibernate, HTML, Spring, JSON, Tomcat

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Proficiency in data analytics. Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

• Proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to drive improvements in tooling and automation. Understanding of process engineering and optimization, including, gathering, analyzing and defining business and functional requirements.

• Excellent project management skills and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project tools).

• Strong technical background, with in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, and web applications.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to ensure clear, concise updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, and Customer teams.
