In the HPE Chief Technology Office, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results.
What you ll do:
- Working experience in virtualization VMware/Hyper-V/KVM
- Hands-on Experience with Cloud Native, Microservices, Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s)
- Experience in Nonfunctional Testing Performance, Scale and Reliability.
- Experience in Load/Soak and Longevity Test
- Exposure to Nonfunctional Test Tools usage and enhancements Tweaks(Iperf / Apache-Benchmark / Locust / Io-meter-meter / VdBench etc..)
- Ability to manage all the nonfuctional requirement with proper benchmark data and elaborative Performance Test Specs and report
- Ability to understand Prometheus and Grafana for business and engineering metrices
- Experience in load/perf monitoring tool and utility
- Experience with building/testing a scalable solution and performance testing.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically, 3-7 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Hands-on experience working with web technologies - HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful API, JSON, Protobuf, NoSQL DB
- Do You have Prior Experience in Storage Domain(FC, iSCSI, Networking, NFS, SMB, VVOL, VMFS, DRAaS, )
- Do you have any prior working experience in AWS or Azure or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of generic test Performance/Non-Functional automation frameworks
- Knowledge of SaaS delivery model and cloud application testing.
- Basic knowledge of TCP-IP Suite of protocols (Ethernet, VLAN, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DNS)
