Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates.
Focus on IT recruitment, identifying candidates for roles in technology, communication, and documentation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in creating and maintaining candidate databases and HR records.
Collaborate with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Conduct reference checks and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives by enhancing the candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Any graduate. MBA in HR preferred.
Knowledge or experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
