• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Plan and oversee renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Maintain all branch brandcalling & maintenance
