Sales Coordinator - Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end to end customers for total satisfaction.

• Prepare daily reports for all P2P accounts as per agreed frequency. Extracting information from daily factory reports and send it in required format daily for all accounts.

• Give necessary reports/data proactively as required related to Purchase team or Factories team to avoid any mis match.

• Complaint Management Process for customers

• Sales order preparation for aligned customers.

• Update outstanding for all accounts daily except and take follow up to get it cleared.

• Do statistic related work, reports, data for management purpose as & when required.

Qualification and technical skills

Any Graduate

Good Communication Skills
