Job Description


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.

Key Competencies:

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
    • Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and training schedules are completed.

Employee Engagement:

    • Plan and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
    • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee satisfaction and address concerns.

Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate the execution of training programs.
    • Maintain records of employee participation in development initiatives.

HR Operations:

    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Process payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and benefits.

Performance Management:

    • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including data collection, coordination, and documentation.
    • Monitor employee progress and support managers in addressing performance issues.

Policy Development & Implementation:

    • Assist in creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
    • Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

    • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
    • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when required.

Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements like PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
    • Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics such as attrition, recruitment, and employee satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

    • Manage employee attendance, leave, and other administrative functions.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.
