Creative Graphic Designing

• Oversee all design, layout, and format of projects, from conception to delivery stage.
  
• Maintain the highest standards in motion graphic design and producing creative content, for both print and digital media with accuracy and expectations of the business.
  
• Design and execute a new look and feel across all digital and print material that accurately reflects new brand positioning.
  
• Design and production of printed collateral, e.g., product packaging, promotions, outdoor media, direct mail, advertising, internal collateral, presentations, and other print material.
  
• Design across all digital assets, e.g., website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, brochure, graphics, social media, and other digital media.
  
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using 3D graphic design software, apply typography techniques.
  
• Designing E-Commerce A+ content for various e-market places.
  
• Market Research
  

Operations Support

• Maintain an advanced knowledge of software used for creating graphic designs and trends within design.
  
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  
• Increase user friendliness in digital products.
  
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
  
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  
  

CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in graphic designing.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Knowledge of web development, digital marketing concepts, branding & communication and best practices.
  
• Proficient in Branding, Package design and illustration.
  
• A good portfolio of completed design projects.
  
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator/Corel. Indesign, Premiere, After effects and other 2D/3D software are a plus.
  
• Ability to manage, prioritize multiple issues and multi-task.
  
• Up to date with industry developments and tools.
