Job Title: Senior Costing Executive

Location: Sector 65, Noida
Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Costing Executive to support the Business Development Team by providing competitive Transfer Prices through detailed analysis of costing data. The role requires a deep understanding of cost accounting principles and the ability to analyze financial data for better project profitability and client negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Accounting & Operational Support:

• Collaborate with the BD team to understand project nature, gather, and analyze relevant financial data.
• Determine standard costs and investigate variances between estimated and actual costs.
• Provide insightful cost analysis (Batch Costing, Process Costing, Variance Analysis, Overhead Cost Analysis) to assess project profitability.
• Forecast and analyze costs related to processes, labor, and inventory, specifically for RM/PM.
• Monitor changes in processes or methods and assess their impact on overall costs.
• Estimate Transfer Costs for new and existing products as per project specifications.
• Offer cost-reducing solutions and support profitability through collaboration with the F&D team.
• Provide analytical support to optimize yield calculations and reduce associated costs.
• Coordinate with management to ensure regular and accurate cost forecasting.

Record Management, MIS & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product costing data as required.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc detailed reports for management decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

• M.Com/ ICWA qualification is preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant costing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel for customized reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of costing principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
