Senior Officer Electrical Engineering

The Sr. Officer of Engineering Electrical of Zenzi Murbad, Utility, GOSD and HINJ block has the following responsibilities

• Repair Electrical Systems and act quickly to make on the spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction
• Troubleshoot malfunctions of any electrical system must make inspections and assess potential problems and recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality.
• Perform regular test to new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality.
• Installation, operation relocation and maintenance of all productions equipment.
• Provide regular scheduled electrical mechanical repair, installation, prevention and inspection work.
• Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Initiates and carries out projects to improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
• Taking daily MSEB, DG & UPS readings and maintain the records for the Energy utilization in both the plants.
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance activity of HINJ plant machineries like Filling and Sealing Machine-Ampoules and Vials, Autoclave, Terminal Sterilizer, Lyophilizer, Filtration vessel isolator, Compounding Vessel, Seal Capping machine, Vertical laminar air flow, pass box, Garment Cubicle, Vial And Ampoule Labelling Machine, Overprinting Machine
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance activity of GOSD plant machineries like Fluid Bed Equipment, Tablet Compression Machine, Tipper, Rapid Mixer Granulator, Multimill, Sifter, Lifting And Positioning Device, Octagonal Blender, Roll Compactor, Capsule Filling Machine, Tablet Coating Machine, Packing Conveyor Belt, Overprinting Machine, Blister Packing Machine,
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance activity of Utility machineries like Boilers, Chillers, Air compressor, Cooling towers, Air Dryer, ETP, STP, PHE, Potable and Purified water generation system. Pure Steam Generator, WFI system.
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance activity of HVAC system like AHUs, TFA, DFU, Dehumidify fire, BMS and EMS system.
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance activity of QC and Micro equipments like Sampling Isolator, Drying Oven, Muffle Furnace, Water Bath, Vacuum Oven, Autoclave, Walk in BOD chamber, stability chamber, incubators.
• Responsible for timely maintain the documentation like Daily reports, Logbooks, Preventive maintenance report.
• Attending major or minor breakdown maintenance activity.
• Record the generation of the power through DG sets and maintain the records for the filing the DG returns.
• Ready for the Annual Electrical Inspection by Statutory Inspector of state and maintain all legal requirements.
• In house modification of system equipment for energy efficiency and improvement of performance.
• Maintenance of PCC & MCC panels along with all legal requirement.
• Involve in new modification required for the plant.
• Responsible for safety at work place & use of safety Equipments by the Engineering staff.
