Position: Senior Analyst -Business Research

Role and Responsibilities:

- In-Depth Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive company profiles and industry reports, utilizing both primary and secondary research methodologies.

- Data Synthesis: Interpret and analyze data from diverse online sources to build actionable, industry-specific datasets on consumers, competitors, and market trends.

- Strategic Competitive Analysis: Assess offerings, pricing strategies, and business models to deliver valuable recommendations that inform investment strategies.

- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end research projects, developing project plans, overseeing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients, Zenworx leadership, and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliver tailored insights.

- Insightful Reporting: Create clear, impactful reports and presentations that convey research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders..

Skills/Experience:

- Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA

- A minimum of 5 years in business and market research, ideally within a financial institution (investment bank, private equity, hedge fund).

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with research tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and others.

- A solid understanding of business dynamics and a genuine interest in finance, including micro and macroeconomic principles.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines with a high level of professionalism.
