Qa Engineer - Manual

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform End-to-End (E2E) testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Write and execute detailed test cases for functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Validate and verify databases with strong SQL knowledge.
• Support basic automation and performance testing tasks.
• Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, QMetry, or TestRail for test case documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Keep managers updated on testing progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and quality.
• Handle challenging and ad-hoc tasks with a problem-solving approach.
• Be flexible to stretch work hours during critical releases to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing within a product-oriented organization.
• Expertise in manual testing with strong E2E testing knowledge.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, QMetry, TestRail).
• Basic understanding of automation and performance testing.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and tools for database and technical validation.
• Strong focus on delivery, quality, and team collaboration.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments and ready to accept challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Agile methodologies and product delivery cycles.
• Basic scripting knowledge in tools like Selenium or JMeter (optional).
