Educational Qualification:

• Degree Engineering in Mechanic Engineering from reputed college.

Work Experience:

• 10 to 11 years of working experience in Pharmaceutical Formulations

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment, HVACs and maintain the equipment downtime less than 2% of total available machine hours. Corrective Preventive maintenance to eliminate reoccurring failures in equipment. Preparation of monthly / Quarterly and Annual Schedules for Preventive maintenance of equipment and operate the same to achieve the target of 95% completion against scheduled Equipment. Inspection Installation of new equipment, Facilities building, Modifications, Upgradation and Automation of Plant and plant equipment. 100% Equipment Qualification of plant equipment, HVACs and facilities and Re-qualification of Critical equipment as decided by site validation Forum. Documentation and maintaining History cards of all critical plant equipment. Maintenance of plant facilities like HVAC s with stringent temperature and relative humidity requirements. Preparation and implementation of standard operating procedures for Plant Engineering operations and documentation of the same. Spare parts management - Responsible to procure spare parts and maintain stock for all critical equipment. Monitor Energy utilization on daily basis w.r.t. production activity for the day and comparison of energy utilized against budgeted on monthly basis to control same Responsible to comply suggestions given by HSE Cell. Responsible to comply recommendations made by internal GMP cell Responsible for implementation of GMP and EHS requirements for PHARMACEUTICALS. Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations. Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet with the organizational objectives and priorities. Operation and Maintenance of HVAC Systems with Building Maintenance System. Maintenance Calibrations activities of Purified water system. Maintenance of Technical area Equipment s like, Pump, Vacuum Pump, Dust Collector, Scrubbers, Chillers of Packing lines, Air compressor, Air Dryers, Heat Pump etc. Operation and Maintenance of Low RH Dehumidifiers (Liquid Solid desiccant)

Baseline Capex Identified building expansion projects execution from Planning, engineering execution, validations, qualifications, documentations etc complete.
