Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Prepare and integrate diverse datasets from various sources, including cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse) and on-premises databases.
- Develop and implement data blending techniques to create comprehensive and insightful reports.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability in a cloud environment.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the data visualization process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, dashboards, and reports.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and cloud technologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
- Experience with data blending and advanced calculations in Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
