Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
• Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
• Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
• Manage internal/external application upgrades.
• Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
• Manage Internet Leased Lines & PRI Lines.
• Manage external Vendors relationships and services.
• Maintaining & monitoring Application backup.
• Manage and maintain the Assets Inventory.
• Manage and maintain the Dialer application & IP phones

Preferred candidate profile

• Min 3-5 years

• Hands on experience on maintaining IT Infrastructure
