Deputy General Manager - Finance - Services Firm (12-20 yrs)

We are searching for a DGM Finance for our client in Mumbai

Our client is a large services firm and are a part of a large corporate group.

They are growing rapidly

The incumbent will be a key part of the Financial Strategy & Leadership of the organization. The position is based in Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

- Financial reports, statements& Analysis

- Audit Mgt

- Book keeping in SAP

- Financial controls

- Treasury Mgt / Forex

- Budgeting & Variance

- Raising Loans from Banks & Manage Banking Relations

- Taxation Management

- Cash Flow Management / Projections / Variances

- Budgetary Control & Audits

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualified CA

- 12+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance Management

- 3+ years in a Leadership role

- Have managed Finance, Banking, Taxation, Treasury, Audits, Budgeting

- Managed regular Reporting for Senior Leadership

- Good communication & presentation skills
