HR Manager / HR Generalist

• We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to join our dynamic team

• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, with comprehensive knowledge of payroll management, recruitment, HR software administration, performance management, policy and compliance, and employee offboarding
• This position is pivotal in ensuring the effective functioning of HR processes within our organization

Responsibilities:

Employee Payroll:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
• Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly

Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring

Keka HR Software Management:

• Administer and optimize HR software systems, with proficiency in Keka HR

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational success
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Policy and Compliances:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and organizational needs

Employee Life Cycle Management:

• Handle various aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement

Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Organize employee events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a minimum of 7-12 years in a similar role
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, recruitment, HR software (especially Keka), performance management, policy and compliance, employee life cycle management, and employee engagement
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
