Manager - Insurance Sales (1-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience of Corporate sales in Life Insurance industry is a must.

- Minimum 5 yrs Experience in all types Life Insurance other than motor insurance.

- Knowledge of All insurance products is a must.

- Maximising the profit & revenue by achieving sales plan & meeting targets.

- Minimum 3 yrs for work experience in base location is mandatory

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the corporate client portfolio.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations that highlight the benefits of our insurance products.

- Maintaining MIS and circulating the same.

Product Knowledge and Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, staying updated on industry trends and regulations.

Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas. Analyse client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate risks and uncertainties.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims specialists, to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction. Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Strong passion for sales and an ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Basic understanding of corporate insurance products and concepts (prior experience in insurance sales is a plus).

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
