Plan promotional campaign strategy for movie release:

- Planning of campaign: Creative development

- Digital: Social media management, digital associations and digital PR

- Outdoor: City visits, events and outdoor publicity management

- Activation, Promotional City Tour & Installations

- Media alliance and Media buying: TV, Print, Digital, Radio and other media buying

- Brand alliance: Research and insights about the movie and potential market

Adherence to the set campaign:

- Evaluation of the media agencies and locking them

- Scheduling tasks and deadlines

- Co-ordination with associated Agency

- Maintain relations with the on-board agencies

- Ensure timely execution

Budget planning, updates, and monitoring:

- Budget planning

- Weekly updating on each budgeted elements on basis of locked deals

- Budget monitoring on weekly basis

- Scheduling campaign plans as per the pre-determined budgets

- Ensuring plans are within the stipulated budget

Effective partner relationships:

- Artist management and maintaining relations
