Manager - Tax & Regulatory Services (2-3 yrs)

- Direct and Indirect Tax and transfer pricing - Incorporation of companies and obtaining various registrations o Accounting and book-keeping o Direct tax and international tax and transfer pricing advisory

- GST advisory o Direct tax compliances - TDS returns, income tax returns, advance tax calculations, tax audits, compliances

- GST compliances - monthly / quarterly returns, calculation of input tax credits, etc.

- Handling assessments, litigations etc.

- Conducting benchmarking studies, issue of transfer pricing reports and filing statutory forms o Assisting the clients with compliance, assessments, litigation etc.

- Tax valuations and certifications

- Responsibility for client deliverables o Managing client relationships o Managing the team

- Being updated with the latest developments in the tax and regulatory space
