Job description:
1. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented people to join our Pre Sales Team.
2. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building our client base by contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
3. Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients.
4. Engage in initial conversations with potential clients to understand their requirements.
5. Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team.
6. Coordinate meeting times and locations that are convenient for both parties.
7. Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments.
8. Data Entry and Reporting:
9. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
11. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries promptly.
Requirement:
1. 0-3 years of experience in any field, with a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate sales. 2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
3. Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics is preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal key skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
