Tech Support Engineer Electronics (Telegu speaking)

Job Description :  

• Basic knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system & other IT
  products. 
  
•   Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices / IOT products. 
  
•   Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults. 
  
•   Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. 
  
•   Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.  
  
•   Good written and verbal communication.

Candidate Profile:

• Language Preferred  -  Hindi, English (Mandatory), Telugu (Mandatory), Tamil & other languages. 
• Qualification  -  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Prefered - EEE / ECE / CSE) 
• Experience  -  Fresher / Experienced.
