Job Description: Senior Finance Manager

• Oversee and manage the companys financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
• Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and productivity.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency.
• Support decision-making by providing detailed cost analyses, pricing strategies, and investment appraisals.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: CA - Inter, CMA - Inter, or MBA in Finance.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the technology or consumer goods sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Tally, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
