Technical Support Engineer Electronics (Telugu speaking)

- Advance knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system &
other IT products.

- Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices / IOT products

- Generating & Maintaining documents such as FAQ, User guide, and other Technical content.

- Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software issues.

- Good written and verbal communication.

- Must have experience in customer support . Must have handled customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must communicate fluently in Telugu
• Female candidates preferred.
• Language Preferred = English (Mandatory) & Tamil.
  
• Qualification = Any graduate
  
• Experience = Fresher / Experienced
