Job Title: Video Editor (Specialized in Premiere Pro & After Effects)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our team. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that meets the needs and standards of our organization. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, marketing materials, educational content, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing: Edit video footage to create engaging and visually appealing content. This includes cutting, trimming, and sequencing clips, adding transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics.

2. Motion Graphics: Create and incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects using Adobe After Effects to enhance video content.

3. Sound Editing: Ensure audio quality is excellent by adjusting levels, adding music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.

4. Color Correction: Enhance the visual appeal of videos by adjusting colors, contrast, and brightness using Adobe Premiere Pro.

5. File Management: Organize and maintain a structured file management system for video assets and project files.

6. Quality Control: Review and ensure that the final video products meet quality and brand standards.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members, including graphic designers, content creators, and project managers, to achieve project goals.

8. Staying Current: Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continually improve video editing skills and techniques.

Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, VISCOM or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:
- Proven experience of over 3 years as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing, motion graphics, and color correction.

Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video production processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and exporting techniques.
- Familiarity with video cameras, equipment, and lighting.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work creatively within project constraints.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in video editing or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with 2D animation techniques.
- Knowledge of color grading techniques.
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency.
