Key Responsibilities :

- Designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end solutions using modern web technologies.

- Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to translate requirements and designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.

- Leading a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Acting as a technical expert, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end development.

- Driving continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and front-end architecture.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices, standards, and coding conventions.

- Conducting performance optimisations and ensuring the scalability and responsiveness of our front-end applications.

- Championing usability and accessibility standards, ensuring our applications are intuitive and accessible to a diverse user base.

- Staying informed about user feedback and conducting user testing to make data-driven decisions for UI/UX improvements.

- Staying aligned with project timelines and delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon deadlines.

Qualifications & Skill Set required :

- 4-8 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality front-end solutions.

- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.

- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with version control systems (i.e. Git) and agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
