Key Responsibilities 

• Develop strong relationships with customers, sales. 
• Act as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution during the pre-sales activities 
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and vendor assessments for new and existing clients. 
• Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person). 
• Share sales and product insights and feedback with Product owner to facilitates new capabilities 
• Proactively guide customers through their product options and prescribe solutions based on their needs. 
• Identify any custom business and/or technical requirements and coordinate as necessary internal experts to provide solution
• Coordinate internally to get appropriate pricing associated with the proposed solution package 

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a sales engineer or solutions engineer. 
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to make effective customer presentations. 
• Strong leadership skills to own and lead the pre-sales process.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple accounts/opportunities. 
• Experience creating detailed proposal and implementation plans. 
• Experience preparing RFP and RFI responses. 
• Bachelors degree. Preferably masters degree 
• Willingness to travel 25% or more 
• Strong preference is to have experience working in the contact center space
