FULL STACK ENGINEER Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions that meet business and technical goals, and drive significant business impact
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate into detailed, actionable technical requirements.
• Create technical specifications, oversee code reviews, and assist in resolving urgent application issues in and outside business hours.
• Innovate and maintain product quality in partnership with development partners, including prototyping and rapidly iterating solutions for viability and scalability.
• Uphold code quality and standards while managing data integrity risks through efficient QA strategies.
• Champion process improvements, implementing methodologies that enhance team efficiency, code quality, and overall project outcomes.
• Research, write and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports. Lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop diverse technical talent, ensuring equitable opportunities and a culture of inclusion and respect, thereby inspiring and motivating all team members.
• Participate in our talent acquisition and training programs, striving to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning to keep your team current with emerging technology and software engineering trends.
