About the Role

Zadley India Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to lead content planning, creation, and execution in the dynamic apparel industry. The ideal candidate will develop compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, elevate our brand, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Strategy:
• Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify content trends and opportunities in the apparel industry.
• Plan content calendars and campaigns for social media, blogs, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Content Creation:
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to produce high-quality and visually appealing content.
• Write engaging product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and website copy.
• Ensure content showcases the brand voice, values, and style.
• SEO & Analytics:
• Optimize content for search engines to increase website traffic and improve rankings.
• Use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Social Media Management:
• Strategize and oversee content creation for social media channels to enhance audience engagement.
• Keep up with trends in fashion and apparel, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
• Campaign Execution:
• Lead content initiatives for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations.
• Partner with influencers and industry stakeholders to amplify content reach.
• Content Governance:
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content.
• Develop guidelines and templates for content creation and distribution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Should be a Nift or related college pass out in a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in content strategy, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and apparel trends.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
