• Ensure personalization in subject lines and body text (e.g., reference company name, pain points).

Follow-Up Strategy:

Send follow-ups to unresponsive leads after 3–5 days with value-added messages (e.g., free consultation, case study).

Performance Monitoring:

• Track open rates, response rates, and conversions.
• Share weekly performance reports with LinkedIn and data mining specialists to refine strategies.
