AND RESPONSIBILITIES:.

Lead the business development team to drive strategic growth and expand our marketplace presence while overseeing all business development initiatives..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:.

Build and manage a pan India team of Business Development Managers.

Create and implement effective sales strategies..

Own and Delivery Annual Operating Plan & target..

Drive the team to achieve the goals and targets..

Ensure the team meets onboarding, revenue generation, and receivables targets, as well as the turnaround time for these objectives..

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, opportunities, and performance metrics to the board..

Travel to various locations with the team for business development..

Requirements.

Over 7 years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a pan-India team..

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies, emphasizing data-driven decision-making..

Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders..

Strong communication skills..

Proficient in sales and negotiation skills.
