The Position:
Designation: Sr Manager/Manager - Digital Transformation Lead - Sales and Marketing
Location: Noida
Job Summary: - Ensuring a robust digital strategy and roadmap, along with realizing digital value and maintaining a strong use case pipeline, is crucial for driving innovation and growth in Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible and Accountable for Digital Strategy/Roadmap, Digital Value Realization and creating/sustaining a strong use case idea pipeline in the Sales & Marketing area.
- Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify Sales & Marketing process and automation gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Define Digital strategy and Roadmap for the Sales and Marketing function in alignment with business/strategic goals with clear Use case prioritization based on business value and other agreed criteria.
- Lead Value discovery for Digital Use cases and define detailed Business cases along with Business teams for prioritized use cases.
- Partner with business in translating digital business opportunity into a techno-functional scope of work and map it to best-in-class digital solutions available in the market. Implement Innovation factory, from Opportunity, to POC to Operationalization of solutions.
- Lead techno-commercial evaluation of best-in-class and fit-for-purpose digital solutions and products.
- Lead and govern partner and internal teams on the digital program implementation and ensure Change Management, Adoption and Benefit fulfilment.
- Educate Business teams across various Digital capability areas (eCommerce, Analytics, AI/ML, RPA etc.) through periodic workshops, digital ecosystem connects and trainings. Nurture techno-functional competency in the Sales & Marketing area across business and technology teams.
- Implement & track the value realization through defined framework.
- Continually scan emerging market trends in Digital Sales & Marketing Function areas and integrate the latest solution/tech to current ways of working.
Person Profile:
Qualification: BE/MBA/ B-Tech/ M-Tech
Experience: 10-12 Yrs.
Desired Certification & Must Have:
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Design Thinking, Project Management, Cost Benefit Analysis
- Tools - E-Commerce, Digital O2C process, Hybris/Magento/SF or similar tools, Mobile Apps, Pricing optimization tools, Digital Marketing tools, AI/ML, RPA/Bots, Marketplace, Distributor Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), SFDC, etc.
- Preferred Domain Experience - Sales & Marketing, B2B Marketing, e-Commerce
