Understand what YourDOST does and how to explain the same to candidates","Understanding the requirements of different roles and able to explain to potential candidates","Estimating the turnaround time for role closure creating a plan accordingly","Sourcing and screening the CVs/Profiles of experts from the right source thereby getting enough pipeline saving cost","Connecting/calling with at least 30 candidates every day","Scheduling interviews with stakeholders ensuring a smooth recruitment process","Managing guiding a team of TA freshers so that they can do their job effectively","Negotiating offers with potential employees for a Win-Win situation","Creating a repository of data on all profiles to be able to reduce redundancy","Doing regular check-ins with employees to ensure a successful joining","Creating Hiring plan and aligning team towards the same","Regular check-in with the new joiners till they settle in (5-5-5)","Working towards Employee Engagement for Experts","Creating plan of regular interventions/wishes to give a belongingness to Experts" 2+ Years experience in Recruitment","Good Communication (Verbal and Written)","Psychology Background is a plus","Non-IT recruitment exp will be preferred","Prior experience using Microsoft Office, MS Excel and Google Sheets","Experience with Data Management","Should have knowledge of different Job Portals","Understanding of Benchmarking","Attention to Details","Negotiation Skills"
